Responsibilities

- Safely operate tow trucks and recovery equipment to assist disabled vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to assess damage and determine the best recovery approach
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during operations

Requirements





- Valid driver’s license with appropriate endorsements for towing operations
- Experience operating forklifts or similar heavy machinery is a plus
- Strong customer service skills to handle diverse situations with professionalism and courtesy
- Knowledge of safety procedures.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks effectively
- Prior experience.
