Join our dynamic team as a Town Home Service Worker, where your energy & attention to detail will be required. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of repair tasks to ensure townhomes are Tarion Approved for residents. Your proactive approach will to basic residential serice needs will be an asset. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity for continued work, should you prove yourself effective.

Duties

- Use hand tools and power tools to perform routine repairs, such as drywall and paint touch ups, bathroom accessory installs. Minor trim repair, door adjustments, caulking, etc.
- Assist with facilities maintenance including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and minor carpentry projects
- Communicate effectively with residents regarding service requests or maintenance updates to ensure satisfaction
- Manage time efficiently to prioritize daily tasks and complete work within scheduled timeframes
- Maintain detailed records of work performed,



supplies used, and any issues encountered during service visits

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic repair equipment
- Attention to detail for both interior and exterior spaces
- Excellent customer service abilities with clear communication skills to interact professionally with residents
- Ability to perform efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical systems, or carpentry is a plus but not required

This role is ideal for experienced carpenter who is looking for steady work but does not want to work full time. Retirees welcomed!! Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
