Reporting to the General Manager of Joffre Nitrogen Operations, you will align training programs with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability while enhancing workforce capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical training program development across Canadian Nitrogen sites
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training priorities
- Mentor the Canadian Nitrogen training team




- Ensure training materials comply with regulations and corporate guidelines
- Manage the apprenticeship training program and budget Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in adult education preferred
- 10+ years industrial experience with 3+ years supervisory
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in communication and Microsoft Suite
