Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Training Strategy Lead to lead the learning and training workstream for a large-scale technology transformation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing training strategies, instructional design, curriculum development, and stakeholder engagement while remaining hands-on throughout execution.

Experience supporting global system implementations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall training strategy for a large-scale technology transformation.

- Conduct learning needs assessments and create role-based training plans and curricula.

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training materials using instructional design best practices.

- Lead train-the-trainer programs and manage champion/super-user networks.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, project teams, and change management leads to ensure training readiness and successful user adoption.

- Monitor training effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve learning programs.





- Manage training schedules, communications, and project deliverables to support implementation timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or instructional design.

- Proven experience leading training workstreams for large-scale or global technology implementations.

- Robust expertise in training strategy, curriculum development, instructional design, and training delivery.

- Experience conducting learning needs assessments and managing train-the-trainer or champion networks.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and project planning skills.

- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the

Hospitality industry.

- Experience with

Oracle applications or Oracle transformation programs.
