Job Overview

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Safety & Compliance Manager to lead our organization’s safety initiatives and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards. In this pivotal role, you will develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs that foster a secure working environment. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement in safety practices across manufacturing operations, promote a culture of safety awareness, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies aligned with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across manufacturing facilities.
- Lead incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate safety training programs and workshops to enhance employee awareness and compliance.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organizational adherence to evolving safety laws and standards.




- Collaborate with management to establish safety goals, track performance metrics, and report on safety initiatives.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through communication campaigns, safety meetings, and recognition programs.

Experience

- Proven experience in transportation/ Trucking company safety.
- Must have experience to manage multiple locations & Terminals.
- Demonstrated success in developing and delivering training & development programs related to safety standards.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations relevant to transportation & warehousing.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and compliance audits.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage teams at all levels and foster a culture of safety.
