Role Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures tailored to transportation operations.

- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.

- Lead training sessions for staff on safety standards and best practices.

- Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

- Promote a culture of safety awareness among all employees.





- Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting systems.

- Stay updated on current safety regulations affecting the oilfield transportation sector.

Role Requirements

- Transportation Safety : 3 years (preferred)

- Willingness to travel: 25% (preferred)

- Proven experience in transportation safety management or a similar role within the oil & gas or transportation industry.

- Strong knowledge of safety regulations applicable to oilfield hauling and transportation.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to conduct thorough safety audits and training sessions.

- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., CSO, NEBOSH) is preferred.

- Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis.

- Ability to foster a proactive safety culture.
