Health is seeking a qualified Trauma Counsellor to join its dedicated team. This position requires a minimum of two years of direct in-person counselling experience, focusing on creating a secure space for clients. You will engage in both individual and group counselling, applying knowledge of trauma and therapeutic models for effective mental health support. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic counselling to individuals and groups
- Facilitate group counselling sessions effectively
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Complete client assessments, reports, and documentation
- Participate in program development and training activities Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in social sciences, graduate preferred
- Minimum 2 years in clinical counselling settings
- Knowledge of trauma and crisis intervention
- Satisfactory background checks required
