Position Overview Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Analyst / Systems Support Technician to join their growing IT team.

This role will provide front-line technical support to approximately 70 end users while assisting with the administration and maintenance of the organization''s Microsoft infrastructure.

Reporting directly to the IT Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day IT operations, resolving technical issues, maintaining server infrastructure, and assisting with future technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities End User Support Provide first and second-level technical support for approximately 70 end users.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues.

Support Windows desktops and laptops.

Configure and deploy new computers and user equipment.

Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, One

Drive, and Office applications.

Resolve user issues both remotely and in person.

Systems Administration Assist in supporting and maintaining Windows Server infrastructure.

Provide administration and support for a Hyper-V virtualized environment.

Support Active Directory user administration including account creation, password resets, permissions, and group membership.

Assist with Microsoft 365 administration.





Support server monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

Infrastructure Support Assist with network troubleshooting as required.

Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware and software issues.

Participate in infrastructure maintenance and upgrades.

Assist with backup verification and system health monitoring.

Project Support Participate in future IT projects and technology initiatives.

Assist with workstation deployments and hardware refreshes.

Support implementation of new technologies as required.

Document technical procedures and support activities.

Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in an IT Support, Desktop Support, or Systems Support role.

Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktop environments.

Experience administering Microsoft 365.

Working knowledge of Windows Server.

Experience supporting Hyper-V environments.

Experience with Active Directory administration.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the IT Manager.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with any of the following would be considered an asset: Azure or Microsoft Entra ID Intune Group Policy Power

Shell Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) Microsoft certifications Experience supporting infrastructure projects Technical Environment The successful candidate will primarily work within an environment that includes: Approximately 70 end users Microsoft Windows Desktop Environment Microsoft 365 Windows Server Hyper-V virtualization Active Directory Small IT team supporting all technology operations
