Notre service est structur en deux quipes majeures : l''quipe de la premire monte OEM, qui se concentre sur l''intgration de nos produits ds la conception des vhicules, et l''quipe des acheteurs pour le service aprs-vente, ddie la gestion et l''optimisation des pices et services post-commercialisation.

Cette structure vous permettra d''aborder efficacement les diffrents aspects de notre secteur et de rpondre aux besoins varis de nos clients.

Comment allez-vous faire la diffrence ? En tant que membre de lquipe achat, vous devrez amliorer la marge contractuelle des pices achetes, garantir le cot total de possession le plus bas, ngocier avec lorganisation pour amliorer la marge bnficiaire du contrat, grer tous les aspects lis aux achats, ds la phase dappel doffres et travailler avec les quipes Aftermarket et les acheteurs commodits pour piloter la slection des fournisseurs, utiliser les produits standards R&D;, assurer le bon dveloppement des pices dingnierie et appliquer lAPQP ainsi quune gestion complte des fournisseurs durant le dveloppement.

En tant que membre des quipes Projet/Aprs-vente, vous devrez agir comme interface entre le dveloppement technique, les acheteurs commodit, la qualit et les fournisseurs.

Le titulaire du poste se doit dtre totalement habile avec les diffrents systmes dinformation et Excel.

Que voulons-nous savoir sur vous ? Baccalaurat en achats, en gestion de la chane d''approvisionnement, en gestion des oprations et de la production ou dans un domaine connexe; Minimum de 3 ans d''exprience en gestion des achats, de prfrence dans un environnement industriel mondialis; Esprit d''quipe et excellentes aptitudes relationnelles pour une communication efficace avec les fournisseurs, les clients et le personnel concern; Matrise de la suite Microsoft Office; Excellente connaissance d''Excel (niveau intermdiaire expert); Capacit travailler de faon autonome, rsoudre des problmes concrets et prendre des initiatives; Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et capacit bien travailler sous pression; Prcision et souci du dtail; Connaissance des systmes de qualit; Bilinguisme (anglais/franais), l''oral comme l''crit.

La connaissance du franais est requise pour les postes bass au Qubec afin de permettre la communication, au besoin, avec les collgues et les fournisseurs qubcois.

Une formation en franais est offerte tout employ permanent au Qubec qui ne possde pas une connaissance suffisante du franais; Disponibilit pour des dplacements professionnels (10 % ou moins); Disponibilit pour des dplacements professionnels aux tats-Unis; Permis de conduire valide. quoi ressemblera votre journe type ? Sous la responsabilit du chef de service Achat, lacheteur Service Aprs-vente est responsable: Amliorer la marge contractuelle des contrats: tre impliqu en amont : lancer les tudes et estimer les cots ds la phase dappel doffres.

Participer aux dcisions de fabrication interne ou externe (make or buy).

Participer aux dcisions de regroupement de composants en sous-ensembles complets.

Challenger la nomenclature (BOM) afin de proposer des rductions de cots et de prix.

Utiliser des produits standards issus de la R&D.;

Organiser les besoins afin de permettre le dveloppement des achats dans des pays bas cots et/ou la localisation complte de la nomenclature. tre pleinement responsable des objectifs Qualit Cot Dlai (QCD) des achats pour les projets/pices assigns.

Garantir, de la phase dappel doffres jusquau dmarrage de la production : le contrle des cots dachats, la satisfaction des besoins de lquipe Service aprs-vente.

Appliquer la stratgie dachats auprs des acheteurs commodit.

Lancer les appels doffres (RFQ) auprs dun panel de fournisseurs slectionns et approuvs.

Grer les fournisseurs ainsi que le plan damlioration qualit/cot/dlai des achats.

Dployer lAPQP : Dans le primtre de ses activits, organiser et piloter les revues techniques avec les partenaires technologiques, la qualit fournisseurs,



lingnierie et la chane dapprovisionnement afin de formaliser lengagement de faisabilit de lquipe lors de la slection des fournisseurs et garantir le respect des spcifications techniques.

Contribuer de manire proactive lamlioration de la performance des achats.

Vous pourrez galement tre amen effectuer dautres tches en dehors de votre fonction ou de votre mtier, pour lesquelles une formation adquate vous sera dispense si ncessaire.

Our service is structured into two major teams: the OEM team, which focuses on integrating our products from the vehicle design stage, and the after-sales service buyers'' team, dedicated to managing and optimizing after-sales parts and services.

This structure will allow you to effectively address the various aspects of our sector and meet the varied needs of our clients.

How will you make a difference? As a member of the purchasing team, you will be responsible for improving contract margins, ensuring the lowest total cost of ownership, negotiating within the organization to enhance contract profit margins, managing all aspects of purchasing for assigned projects from the tendering phase, and working with Aftermarket teams and commodity buyers to drive supplier selection.

This includes utilizing standard R&D; products, ensuring the proper development of engineered parts, and implementing APQP (Assistance, Product Quality Planning) and comprehensive supplier management throughout the development process.

As a member of the Sourcing team, you will act as a liaison between technical development, commodity buyers, quality assurance, and suppliers.

The successful candidate must be fully proficient with various information systems and Excel.

What do we want to know about you? Bachelor''s degree in Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management, or Operations and Production Management or related field.

Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing projects and preferably in a globalized industrial environment.

Have team spirit and interpersonal professional skills for effective communication with suppliers, customers and related personnel.

Mastery of the MS Office Suite.

Thorough knowledge of Excel, intermediate to expert level.

Ability to work independently, solve practical problems and take initiative.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well under stress.

Precision and attention to detail.

Knowledge of quality systems.

Bilingual (English/French), both written and spoken.





Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently based in Quebec to enable communication, as needed, with colleagues and suppliers in Quebec.

French language training is offered to any permanent employee in Quebec who does not have sufficient knowledge of French.

Must be willing to travel as required 10% or less.

Must be able to travel to the United States for business travel.

Valid drivers license.

What will your typical day look like? Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, the Sourcing Buyer is responsible for: Improve the Contract Margin: Be involved upstream, launch studies and price estimation during tender phase.

Work with the Contract Administrator to prepare back-to-back clauses.

Participate in make-or-buy decisions and in the decision process to cluster single components into comprehensive sub-assemblies.

Challenge the Bill of Material in order to propose price and cost reductions.

Use standard R&D; products.

Organize the Sourcing activities to allow development of the spend in the low-cost countries/to allow development of the complete localization of the BOM.

Fully responsible of purchasing Quality Cost Delay (QCD) on assigned scope of work.

Guarantee from the tender to start of production: Purchasing Cost Control, fulfill project needs.

Challenge to meet pricing targets, then apply this purchasing strategy to the commodity buyer.

Integrate from the contract and the development phase the services needs (no private label, performance and price of the spares life.) Launch RFQ on selected vendor panel approved by Quality, Customer Service, Engineering and Commodity Buyer.

Manage suppliers and the purchasing quality cost delay improvement plan.

Deploy APQP: In the scope of his or her activities, organize and manage technical reviews with technology partners, Supplier Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain in order to formalize the Team Feasibility Commitment at supplier selection and guarantee the achievement of the Technical Specification.

Participate on proactively improving purchasings performance.

You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.
