This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves people, understands sales, and wants to grow into broader studio management. THE OPPORTUNITY You will turn first-time visitors into long-term members, coach the Front of House team to perform at a high level, and help keep the studio organized, energetic, and commercially strong.
You will work directly with the Studio Manager, receive exposure to the full studio business, and build practical experience in sales leadership, team development, operations, and local growth.
This is not a back-office role.
You will be present with members and the team during key studio hours, leading by example and stepping into clearly defined areas of ownership. Convert trials and first visits into memberships and class packages.
Track weekly sales activity, conversion, attendance, retention, and follow-up.
Re-engage inactive members and create referral and community outreach opportunities.
Coach the team to communicate Rumble''s value confidently and sell through service rather than pressure.
Team Leadership Help lead, motivate,
and hold the Front of House team accountable to clear sales and service standards.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and ongoing performance conversations.
Lead pre-shift huddles, provide in-the-moment coaching, and ensure every team member understands the priorities for the day.
Create a positive, professional culture where energy and accountability exist together.
Member Experience Deliver a premium welcome from the first inquiry through every studio visit.
Resolve member concerns quickly and thoughtfully.
Make sure the studio feels organized, high-energy, clean, and ready for every class.
Partner with trainers and instructors to create a connected experience before, during, and after class.
Studio Operations Support daily opening and closing procedures, scheduling, labour awareness, inventory, and studio standards.
Assist with local marketing initiatives, events, partnerships, and in-studio activations.
Maintain accurate CRM notes, lead follow-up, and operational communication.
Step in for the Studio Manager when required and take ownership of assigned shifts and priorities. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE In your first 30 days, you understand the Rumble sales process, member journey, team, and operating rhythm.
Within 60 days, you are confidently leading shifts, running consultations, maintaining the sales pipeline,
and coaching the Front of House team.
Within 90 days, the studio has stronger follow-up, improving conversion and retention, consistent team execution, and a clear contribution from you toward monthly targets. WHAT YOU BRING Experience in a sales-driven environment such as boutique fitness, hospitality, premium retail, wellness, or membership services. A track record of achieving sales, revenue, conversion, or retention targets.
Experience leading, training, mentoring, or coordinating a team.
Strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through. A genuine interest in fitness, performance, and creating memorable customer experiences.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume studio environment.
Availability for a full-time studio schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Boutique fitness, boxing, group fitness, or studio-management experience is an asset, but not required. WHO THRIVES HERE You are a natural connector who enjoys turning conversations into relationships and relationships into results.
You bring energy without losing professionalism, take ownership without waiting to be asked, and want a leadership opportunity where your work has a visible impact. WHY RUMBLE You will gain hands-on experience across sales, operations, team leadership, and studio performance, with a explicit path toward Studio Manager for someone who consistently develops people and delivers results. COMPENSATION $50,000 per year base salary plus performance-based incentives tied to studio sales and key performance targets.
If you are ready to lead from the floor, grow a high-energy fitness business, and build the next stage of your management career, we want to meet you.
