Davis Landscape & Design Inc. is seeking a full time Foreman/Lead Hand with residential and commercial experience.

Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of hard landscaping Proven ability to manage projects from planning to completion Experience operating skid steer, excavator, backhoe, and loader Ability to read civil, architectural, and landscape drawings Valid Class G license with drivers abstract and reliable transportation Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Landscape diploma/certificate considered an asset Responsibilities Supervise, train,



and lead a crew of 3+ staff and operators Coordinate all aspects of job sites, including materials, equipment, and subcontractors Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to Canadian Landscape Standards Maintain daily electronic logs, time sheets, and project records Perform and oversee landscape construction and maintenance tasks as needed Operate equipment safely and conduct pre-use inspections Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures Additional Information Full-time position Competitive wages ($27-$32 per hour, based on experience) References required
