LOCATION: Edmonton & Calgary JOB PURPOSE: The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the project managers throughout the complete project cycle.

With a heavy focus on utilizing Procore, the role of a PC will be to ensure all documentation is managed effectively, as well as being a support to Superintendents.

Desired Background 3+ years of project coordination experience in commercial construction, ideally within the commercial or retail petroleum construction industry Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) or related education Demonstrated experience with document control and compilation, multiple project file management and record keeping Excellent communication skills via phone, email and in person Comfortable with technology and adept at embracing continuous change WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU: Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation including files, logs, drawings, and specifications Ensure project documentation and execution align with owner and architect requirements Review, distribute, and coordinate drawings, RFIs,



and communications with trades and consultants Communicate expectations clearly and provide timely project updates, including weekly status reports Coordinate subtrades and daily project activities to support productive workflow and smooth transitions Facilitate stakeholder and project meetings and follow up on action items Review and process purchase orders, subcontracts, change events, and change orders in accordance with company procedures Prepare purchase requisitions and support procurement of materials and equipment Track job requirements including deficiencies, warranties, and close-out items Coordinate completion of deficiencies and manage warranty claims Prepare and compile close-out documentation, including Operations & Maintenance manuals, for owner and consultant review Collaborate with Superintendents to collect required reports and ensure timely project close-out
