Project Manager ICI Construction | Mississauga, ON Compensation: $120,000$150,000 + bonus & benefits Our client, an established General Contractor based in Mississauga, is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing construction team.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established builder delivering a range of ICI construction projects while working within a collaborative setting that offers long-term career development and progression.

The Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from planning through execution and close-out, coordinating internal teams, consultants, trades and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities will include: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and overall execution plans Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders Monitor project costs, forecasts, commitments and potential cost-saving opportunities Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders and project documentation Identify project risks and develop solutions before they impact delivery Track milestones,



critical path activities and overall construction progress Maintain regular communication with clients and project stakeholders Ensure quality control and health & safety requirements are maintained throughout construction Prepare project reporting including cost, schedule, progress and risk updates Support and mentor junior members of the project team The Ideal Candidate 5+ years of construction project management experience Experience working with a General Contractor on ICI construction projects Strong understanding of construction practices, contracts, scheduling and cost management Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades, consultants and project stakeholders Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities and changing project requirements Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred Experience with Procore is considered an asset The company offers a strong overall compensation package including a base salary of approximately $120,000$150,000, depending on experience , along with performance incentives, RRSP matching, comprehensive benefits, professional development opportunities and long-term career growth.
