Job Title: Bulk Transloader/ Shunt Driver – Direct Hire

This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a safety-focused, industrial setting, solving operational challenges such as the efficient and compliant transfer of chemical products and the safe movement of trailers and railcars, and operating within a regulated transloading and transportation setting. The right person will recognize this opportunity as a natural next step, building on their experience in shunt driving, material handling, or chemical logistics while continuing to strengthen their focus on safety, precision, and operational efficiency.

What you'll do:

Bulk trans-loading to and from tankers and railcars

Steam railcars when required

Strip railcars and reinstall all fittings to seal properly prior to shipping

Shunting driving when needed

Loading and shipping of various products

Maintain inventory of on-site products

Matching BOL to physical shipment

Ensuring physical inventory is accurate, performing random audits on inventory

Distribution of product, stage loads for shipment

What You’ll Bring:





Must have recent forklift experience or heavy equipment experience.

Shunt driving experience

Not afraid to work at heights or previous work at heights

Individual must be dependable and work independently if needed

Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to adapt to quickly changing conditions and requirements

Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight timelines in a professional manner

Effective written and oral communication skills

Able to work efficiently as part of the team as well as independently

Experience with shunt trucks as well as railcars is an asset
