In this 12-month contract with a financial institution, you’ll integrate closely with a cross-functional squad. Your focus will be on structuring workstreams, prioritizing tasks, managing dependencies, and enhancing delivery practices. This is a pivotal role that requires hands-on support and strategic coaching to help the team realize their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Break down the EMOB vision into actionable workstreams
• Manage and prioritize backlog items effectively
• Identify risks and dependencies affecting delivery




• Create standard practices for improved agility
• Support day-to-day planning and execution within the squad

Requirements:
• 7 years of Agile Coaching or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to enhance team effectiveness
• Experience managing delivery roadmaps and dependencies
• Solid stakeholder management skills
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
