As part of the Okta Secures AI team, you will spearhead technical implementations for our four-pillar maturity model: Discover, Onboard, Protect, and Govern. Your expertise in distributed systems and AI-native engineering will drive the creation of creative solutions that enhance security and prevent Shadow AI, ensuring effective management of both human and automated identities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Shape the technical strategy of the Identity Security Fabric
• Monitor and implement the four-pillar maturity model
• Architect systems to discover and secure all agents




• Enforce secure access and least privilege for agent actions
• Identify and prioritize tech debt while improving processes

Requirements:
• Expertise in enterprise-grade software using Java or similar
• Proven experience in scalable backend architectures
• Solid understanding of web authentication and authorization
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend contributions
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud architecture principles
