Stantec is seeking a Senior Estimator specializing in water infrastructure, experienced in hydropower, and complex projects. This role offers flexibility in working from home or the office.

As a Senior Estimator at Stantec, you will lead multi-discipline cost estimates for significant projects worldwide, ranging from $1 million to $2 billion. You’ll collaborate with estimators and engineers, managing estimates across various disciplines. Your expertise in hydropower, water treatment systems, and mechanical estimating will be critical to the success of complex infrastructure endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise development of cost estimates and schedules
• Collaborate with estimators to refine estimates




• Develop detailed estimates for various water infrastructure
• Validate material takeoffs from engineering drawings
• Prepare basis of cost estimate report deliverables

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of estimating experience
• Expertise in hydropower and water treatment projects
• Proficient with estimating software such as InEight Estimate
• Solid client-facing and communication skills
