Visual Presentation Store Leader Pacific Centre, Vancouver As part of our team, you are encouraged to develop your expertise and skills to support your careers goals – whatever those may be. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure in a well-established organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
1. Impact Sales Maintain visual excellence to drive store level sales performance
Monitor sales trends and adjust visual presentation to support productivity
Share store level visual performance insights with the Market Leader
Lead the timely visual execution of trunk shows, campaigns, launches and selling moments
Lead the timely execution of in-store marketing initiatives, pop-ups, and store events to support key selling periods and enhance the customer experience
2. Creativity and Visual Presentation Maintain and uphold visual standards within the store
Execute daily and seasonal creative direction through strong in-store presentation
Adapt concepts based on store layout, inventory, and client needs
Own the timely installation of windows, center stage, and seasonal visual presentations, ensuring execution aligns with brand standards, creative vision and seasonal direction
Archive ideas and examples that can be used in the future
3. Visual Execution Standards Build engagement, accountability, and execution standards within the store
Act as the store-level point person for visual execution related to brand launches, partnering with Store Leadership and Marketing to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Partner cross-functionally with Store Leadership, Operations, and Marketing to align visual execution with business priorities
Communicate store-level visual insights to Market Leader and Store Leadership Team
Form strategic partnership with other Leaders on the team
Continually seek out process improvements
4. Cost and Asset Protection Control visual assets Create and maintain an inventory management system
Oversee the maintenance and storage of visual assets and signage
5. Leadership Train and coach Store Associates on visual presentation standards
Lead onboarding for new Visual Presentation Associates
Conduct structured 1:1s focused on skill development and performance
Identify high-potential Associates and support readiness for advancement
Conduct Spring & Fall Assessments and SMART goal setting for team members
Ensure the consistent application of the Coaching Excellence framework by leading, upholding, and modeling standards from Leadership Development Program principles, guidelines and resources
Requirements: At least 2-4 years of experience leading a Visual Merchandising team
Relationship focused, collaborative spirt
Sound technical skills in prop installation window execution
Gains buy-in through credibility
Navigates competing priorities
Attention to detail and creative merchandising skills
Self-starter; ability to follow directions with little supervision
Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and work within tight deadlines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team player

Compensation will be based on experience. The starting rate for this role is: $70,000 annually.
