The Role & Key Responsibilities Enhance client relationships with exceptional customer service
Processing financial and non-financial investment transactions
Respond to phone and email inquiries from Advisors, Dealers, and Fund Managers in a timely manner
Analyze complex issues or requests to determine best course of action
Producing ad-hoc reports for Fund Managers
Testing application enhancements
Faxing trade rejects and other requests
Other duties as assigned
Skills Required Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance field preferred
Knowledge of Fund Administration (Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Alternative Products, and back office) is an asset
Three years' experience in the Financial Services industry strongly preferred
Ability to work towards and meet agreed deadlines




Ability to work independently and also be a strong team contributor
Highly organized and motivated individual with an acute attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter who volunteers for new opportunities and projects
Ability to manage time effectively
Excellent interpersonal with effective written and verbal communications skills

Salary ranges from CAD $50,000.00 - CAD $51,000.00 plus additional discretionary yearly bonus based on corporate and individual's performance. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
