Full-Time | Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 per year (commensurate with experience and title)

Join our growing team! We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Senior Bookkeeper to manage full-cycle bookkeeping in support of our financial operations. The ideal candidate is a champion for maintaining data integrity and meeting deadlines. The candidate will demonstrate their understanding of standard business processes, strong organization skills, and their ability to communicate effectively within a professional environment where management regularly engages with employees at all levels.

This position supports a shared accounting department that services multiple operating entities within the group. Roles and responsibilities will generally apply across all companies within the group and may also include special projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:





Full-cycle bookkeeping (AP, AR, bank reconciliations, General Ledger, Sales Tax Reconciliation)

Support the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements and working papers

Provide assistance during the year-end audit process, including gathering and organizing documentation

Liaise with customers and vendors in support of the AR and AP processes

Qualifications:

3+ years of bookkeeping experience (ideally 5+ for a Senior Bookkeeper)

Proficiency with commonly used accounting software, with a preference for QuickBooks Online

Solid attention to detail and time management skills

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Intermediate+ for Excel)
