About The Role
Capital Vision Care is hiring front desk and patient care coordinators across our six Edmonton-area clinics. You will set the tone for every visit, from the first hello to a smooth checkout.

Full-time or part-time

Edmonton, St. Albert & Morinville

What You Will Do

Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally

Book appointments and manage the daily schedule

Answer calls and emails and help patients with questions

Handle insurance, direct billing and payments

Keep the front of the clinic welcoming and organized

About You
What We Are Looking For

Warm, qualified and genuinely helpful

Organized and comfortable juggling several tasks at once

Strong customer-service and communication skills

Reception or healthcare experience is an asset
