The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in complex environments with distributed business users and IT resources. A background in technical business analysis or adoption and change management is preferred.Location: CanadaSchedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.M. – 5:00 p.M.Work Mode: Remote or HybridWhat You Will DoGather requirements with client stakeholders and document key use cases, processes, and goalsRecommend technology solutions that solve business challenges (focusing on Microsoft technologies)Develop modern workplace solutions on collaboration platforms including SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Microsoft 365 CopilotDevelop low-code agents using Copilot Studio and Power AutomateTranslate business requirements into functional specifications, wireframes, user stories,
