Specifically, your daily life with us will look like: Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts according to established policies, service offer and promotions, in conjunction with the property manager Respond to current customers on pricing and lease terms Follow up on prospects and complete the documents required for the rental Perform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval Issue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessary Respond to requests from existing tenants (questions, comments, service requests, etc.)
