Mandate: Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Relationship Manager, Sales, the Account Manager- Inside Sales will serve as the key liaison between our sales representatives and the operations team.

In this role, you will support existing accounts while alsoidentifyingand pursuing new business opportunities through both inside and outside sales outreach.

Responsibilities include preparing customer quotes,maintainingand updating databases, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

Additionalduties involve responding to customer inquiries, conducting customer review calls, and fulfilling othertasksassigned by the company.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of sales or operations experience in a 3PL freight forwarding environment Experience in ocean, air, ground, brokerage,
