Summary Reporting to the Treasurer The Treasury Manager supports the organizations liquidity and financial stability by preparing and analyzing cash flow supporting banking relationships and minimizing risk exposure across North American operations What Youll Do The Role Responsibilities Own maintain and analyze the 13 Week Cash Forecasting process utilizing Pegasus cash management softwareManage the daily cash balances in all bank accounts to ensure optimal funding of accountsProvide recommendations to improve cash flow working capital and minimize revolver usageForecast foreign currency needs USDEUR and execute on the TPGS hedging policiesPreparation of quarterly lender reporting requirements in accordance with debt agreementsManage the implementation of a current global banking partnerSupport the implementation of a new expense management and credit card programReview and approve online banking templates payments and transfersPrepare all debt and asset financing & lease schedulesAnalyze and provide recommendations related to payment schedules to facilitate accurate cash forecastingSupport the integration of the bank accounts and treasury processes of new acquisitionsManage day to day treasury tasks such as investigating payment status with the banks and internal stakeholdersSupport the Treasurer with the following activitiesAnnual insurance renewal process and other related insurance requestsBonding requestsLegal and insurance claims support Risk management activities such as reviewing contracts for internal stakeholdersCreate standard operating procedures for all treasury processesResearch and provide recommendations for updates to existing policies and processes to ensure best practices are maintained and consistentIdentify and implement cost savings opportunities where availableExposure to full cycle accounting and financial reporting and analysisOther tasks and projects as assigned What You Need Requirements Post secondary degreeCTP designation is preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in TreasuryCPA designation is considered an assetAccounting related experience is considered an assetExperience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Netsuite Microsoft Great Plains and SAP ConcurAdvanced Excel skillsWorking knowledge of multi currency transactions accrual accounting concepts and job costingSound understanding of accounting concepts and principlesAccuracy of data entry; aptitude for detail
