Qualifications

- 2nd year apprentice with transport trailer CVIP ticket or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience working on double drop, flat deck, heated van trailers is an asset
- Class 1 license will be an asset
- Working experience on Kenworth, Volvo and Western star will be an asset.

Responsibilities:

- Inspect vehicles, trucks,



and related equipment to locate and determine the extent of necessary repair.
- Perform general repair work on fleet.
- Perform preventive maintenance and required repairs on the fleet to ensure good working conditions either independently or in consultation with his/her manager
- May be required to conduct on-site service calls
- Duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

- Perform a variety of duties in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing trailer fleet
- Good attitude and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to prioritize work as necessary
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Computer literate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $25 to $30 per hour
