We are seeking a reliable and experienced Long-Haul Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods across long distances, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer service. Duties

- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport freight and goods to designated destinations
- Load and unload cargo using equipment such as forklifts and heavy equipment when necessary
- Ensure accurate delivery of freight by verifying orders and delivery addresses
- Maintain proper documentation for deliveries, including receipts and delivery logs
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform minor automotive repairs or maintenance as needed
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules or issues




- Assist with warehouse operations related to freight handling and inventory management

Requirements

- Valid DZ-class driver’s license
- Comfortable and experienced driving a Straight truck or similar large vehicle
- Experience of 3-5+ years of driving long-haul routes preferred
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate deliveries
- Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
- Prior experience in commercial driving
