Senior QA Automation Engineer Investment Platforms (Python, SQL, Snowflake & Azure) - Duration: 9 Months Location: Toronto, Hybrid 3x/week Key Responsibilities Test integrations and solutions spanning the

Investments Lifecycle platforms: Charles River Development (CRD) outbound order management, Sim

Corp Dimension (Book of Records), FIS Quantum (Treasury) integrations.

Focus of testing is custom integration services, more then Sim

Corp core engine and flows.

Design, develop, and maintaintest scripts and automation using industry-standard tools, executable through both automated pipelines and manual execution.

Maintain and continuously enhanceexisting test automation to support evolving platform needs during migration.

Conducting testing requirementsfor assigned project workstreams including test plan authoring, effort estimation, and defect triage.

Validatedata migration integritybetween on-premises (Oracle / SQL Server) and cloud-based targets (Snowflake / Azure), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation.

Contribute toobservability and operational readinesstesting, including performance, regression, and UAT support.

Promote QA practices including strong documentation,



peer test reviews, and traceability to requirements.

Required Qualifications 5+ yearsof experience in QA engineering, test automation, or software quality roles.

Previous experience ininvestment management or financial servicesstrongly preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge of automation and testing tools including: Test

Complete, ReadyAPI, JMeter, Playwright, Query

Surge Scripting capabilities in

Python, SQL, C# Familiarity withAI-assisted testing toolsis an asset Solid proficiency inSQLfor data validation across relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake).

Experience testingAPI integrations, ETL pipelines, and data workflows.

Proven ability to authorQA test plans, test strategies, and test casesaligned to project goals and delivery timelines.

Experience integrating test automation intoCI/CD pipelines(Azure Dev

Ops or equivalent).

Knowledge of

SimCorp Dimension (SCD)is a strong asset.

Familiarity with

Snowflake and Azure cloud environmentsis an asset.

Experience withJIRA, Confluence, and Gitrequired.
