This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR qualified who enjoys partnering with business leaders, improving HR processes, and leveraging technology to enhance service delivery and employee experience.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to assigned client groups, providing guidance on complex HR matters while supporting the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and operational effectiveness.

Now, and other HR platforms Projects & Continuous Improvement Represent HR Advisory on cross-functional and enterprise-wide projects Contribute to the successful delivery of HR and business initiatives Analyze trends, recurring issues, and service metrics to identify improvement opportunities Develop recommendations for process, policy, and system enhancements Support change management and implementation activities Qualifications and Skills: Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, Commerce,



or a related field Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience in a business-facing HR operations role Experience working within a shared services HR environment is considered an asset CPHR designation, or progress toward designation, is considered an asset Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Experience using HR systems such as Workday, SAP, Service

Now, or similar platforms Ability to manage complex employee and business-facing HR matters Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience supporting process improvement, automation, or HR transformation initiatives Proven ability to build relationships and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups Oil and gas industry experience is considered an asset Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Ready to make an impact?
