Job Summary: Journeyman - Foreman Plumber(s) required immediately for project, installation and commercial mechanical work.

Key Responsibilities: Able to work with minimal supervision.

Read blueprints, determine layouts of plumbing fixtures, water supplies, vent and drainage systems, repair and maintain domestic hot and cold-water systems, install commercial & residential plumbing fixtures.

Installation of various types of mechanical equipment and associated piping.

Hydronic retro fits . boilers, pumps,



Chiller retro fits Heat pump re & res Air handler installs Install NG (natural gas) distribution piping and size as per code.

Safe work practices, provide a high level of customer service.

Qualifications: Have an active gas ticket, B ticket minimum Steam or Plumbing ticket Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Foreman Understanding of Mechanical Installation and local codes.

Valid BC Drivers License.

Running prime contractor projects Working with multiple sub trades Working with multiple Journeyman and Apprentice Working with owners and consultants Ability to work alone and in a team setting.

Must be able to lift heavy materials, tools and equipment when required.
