What You''ll Be Doing Lead, mentor,



and develop a team of HR professionals Support succession planning and professional development within the HR team Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and talent strategies Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters Support managers in navigating performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, and workplace concerns Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies Participate in salary review processes and market benchmarking Manage benefit plan administration and ongoing vendor relationships Make recommendations to enhance employee wellness and engagement programs Evaluate, streamline, and improve HR processes, policies, and procedures Identify opportunities for increased efficiency through automation and best practices Lead HR projects and support change management initiatives Collaborate with business leaders to address organizational challenges Use HR metrics and data to support decision-making Support talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and organizational development efforts Contribute to long-term HR strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
