Here''s What You Bring to the Team: As a Corporate & Community Events Planner at Shane Homes, you are a relationship-minded organizer who knows how to turn a vision into a polished, memorable experience.

You are highly organized and comfortable owning the details across multiple events, timelines, vendors, and guest needs.

You bring strong financial discipline to event planning, carefully tracking costs and making thoughtful decisions to keep experiences within approved budgets.

You are also a natural cross-functional partner, bringing Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Executive Leadership, Operations, and external partners together around a shared plan.

you understand that exceptional events are more than a moment - they are an opportunity to strengthen relationships and support Shane Homes'' long-term growth strategy.

We Would Love It If You Had These Too: 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a related role, including corporate, client, or hospitality events.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple events or projects at once, with strong planning, prioritization, and attention to detail.

Confidence managing vendors, venues, logistics, contracts, and event budgets while keeping timelines and costs on track.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Post-secondary education in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is an asset; experience in homebuilding, real estate, hospitality, or another customer-focused industry is also an asset. A valid Class 5 Driver''s Licence, access to a reliable vehicle, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.

Here''s What Your Day-To-Day Could Look Like: Plan and coordinate a diverse calendar of company events, including customer appreciation events, realtor events, internal celebrations, leadership hosting, golf tournaments, Stampede events, Christmas parties,



and hospitality initiatives such as arena suite support.

Build and manage event timelines, production schedules, invitations, RSVPs, seating plans, guest communications, attendee tracking, and onsite logistics from start to finish.

Source and coordinate venues, catering, AV, decor, entertainment, photography, gifting, and other event partners, ensuring vendors are aligned on contracts, setup, timing, and expectations.

Track event costs and budgets closely, helping ensure each event is delivered within approved financial parameters and timelines.

Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Executive Leadership, and Operations to create seamless realtor, customer, employee, VIP, and guest experiences.

Ensure every event reflects Shane Homes brand standards, then support post-event reporting, feedback collection, documentation, and continuous improvement of event processes.
