As a Shipping Associate, you’ll ensure timely shipments while maintaining a clean and safe shipping environment. This position requires a commitment to 12-hour shifts in a 4 days on, 4 days off rotation. With a focus on teamwork, you will engage in crate building, equipment operation, and active participation in lean practices.

Key Responsibilities:



• Build crate skids using pneumatic tools for outgoing shipments • Coordinate order picking and loading of truck trailers • Operate forklift and pallet jack safely in the shipping area • Maintain tools and ensure a clean working environment • Follow standard operating procedures and lean manufacturing principles

Requirements: • 3+ years in shipping or receiving, preferably in manufacturing • Proficiency with pneumatic and power tools • Valid forklift and pallet jack certification required • Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly • Strong communication and organizational skills
