Royal GlenoraClub is seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented full-time and part-timeServers to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Server, you'll play animportant role in creating memorable dining experiences for our members andguests at one of Edmonton's premier private clubs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcomemembers and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Provideexceptional food and beverage service in accordance with Club servicestandards.
- Takefood and beverage orders and accurately and confidently answer questions about menuitems, daily features, wines, and beverages.
- Developand maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, wines, beverages, and Clubofferings to confidently make personalized recommendations to members.
- Deliverfood and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy, quality, and presentation.
- Processpayments accurately, including cash, debit, and credit card transactions.
- Set,clear, and reset tables while maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Workclosely with the kitchen and team members to ensure efficient, seamlessservice.




- Respondpromptly and professionally to member requests and resolve concerns whenappropriate.
- Followall food safety, sanitation, and responsible liquor service standards.

REQUIREMENTS

- 4–5years of professional serving experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, orprivate club workplace.
- Knowledgeof fine dining service standards, wine service, and food and beverage etiquetteis an asset.
- Experienceproviding personalized service to repeat guests or members is considered anasset.
- Abilityto anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, member-focused service.
- Agenuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Abilityto multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellentattention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Professional,polished, and member-focused with a positive attitude.
- Abilityto safely lift up to 40 lbs.
- ProServecertification is required.
- Asatisfactory criminal record check is required as a condition of employment.
- Availabilityto work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
