Les Jardins Logidor, a friendly private seniors’ residence located in Ste-Foy, is looking for someone to fill a full-time maintenance worker position.
No CCQ cards required. The ideal candidate will be versatile and able to perform necessary tasks such as painting, plastering, etc.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours
Salary: Starting at $22.81
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: All other related tasks
Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
Change light bulbs in the common areas
Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
Clear and salt the entrances
Maintain and clean the premises




Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Skilled training in general building maintenance (an asset)
