About the role: Sort, prep, scan, validate,
and index high volumes of mail and faxes
Handle negotiable instruments including reconciliations and deposits
Manage document storage and destruction per guidelines
Perform quality control reviews
Track incoming and return mail items
Complete daily and monthly reporting
Receive and distribute cheques/courier items
Support cheque processing and reporting tasks
Ensure accurate document packaging and file uploads
What we’re looking for: Post‑secondary degree or diploma in a related field (university an asset)
Minimum 1 year of related experience

Expected base salary range is 50,000$ - 60,000$
