Our client, a well known company specializing in the restoration and repair of electronic devices and appliances, is seeking a Field Supervisor for the Greater Montreal area.

You will be responsible for coordinating field team activities, supporting daily operations and ensuring service excellence.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team of field service technicians during customer site service calls; Ensure the quality of work, adherence to timelines and customer satisfaction; Participate in the recruitment, training and development of team members; Coordinate daily operations with various internal services; Review technical files and provide support on cases requiring additional intervention; Identify operational problems, improve processes and optimize productivity; Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance providers, suppliers,



etc.; Manage the vehicle fleet and ensure the availability of resources required for field operations; Ensure compliance with health and safety company policies; Contribute to the achievement and continuous improvement of department KPIs.

Requirements: DEP or DEC in Electronics, Appliance Repair, or a related field; 10 to 15 years of experience in a technical role working with electronic devices or appliances; 3 to 5 years of experience as a field service technician; 3 to 5 years of experience in team supervision, operations management or personnel coordination; Strong experience in the diagnosis, maintenance and repair of electronic equipment or appliances in a commercial or industrial workplace; Excellent communication skills; Valid driver''s license and availability to travel throughout the Greater Montreal area; Fluent French, English (technical documentation).
