Siding Installer
Employer: Vanguard Construction Inc.
Vanguard Construction Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable Siding Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will work on residential and commercial construction projects in Prince Edward Island.
Job Duties:
Install, repair and replace exterior siding, including vinyl, wood, fibre cement, metal and composite siding.
Measure, cut and fit siding materials according to project specifications.
Install soffit, fascia, trim and flashing.
Prepare exterior surfaces for siding installation.
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret work orders, drawings and measurements.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures and maintain a clean work site.




Work effectively with supervisors and other construction team members to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
Experience in siding installation or exterior construction is an asset.
Ability to use construction hand and power tools.
Ability to work at heights using ladders and scaffolding.
Physically capable of lifting and carrying construction materials.
Reliable, punctual and able to work in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
