The Finance, Data and Analytics Expertise Administrative Department supports financial performance teams with the development and implementation of advanced analytical solutions, while providing leadership and advisory services to key players and influence strategic decisions. As Senior Financial Data Valorization Advisor, you leverage data, automation and innovation to simplify processes, increase team efficiency and generate more value for clients. You lead practitioners on projects to design analytical solutions tailored to a wide range of business needs and on complex strategic initiatives related to data valorization. You make recommendations on the development and execution of projects and initiatives with a high degree of operational and conceptual complexity that require the use of multiple databases. You use your analytical skills and comprehensive, detailed understanding of your line of business and the organization. You need to have extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of work, and more specifically, Power BI, Excel and SQL. More specifically, you will be required to:

Serve as a specialist advisor to help teams understand and prioritize their needs, and identify solutions in terms of data valorization and interpretation.

Assist business lines with the appropriate and responsible use of data to support decision-making, performance and operational efficiency.

Develop and update data interpretation reports, tools and dashboards that have a high degree of operational and conceptual complexity to influence strategic decision-making in the business sectors.

Identify and suggest methods and processes and opportunities to automate data integration, anticipate underlying impacts of changes and make improvements to data management tools.

What You Bring To The Table

Bachelor's degree in a related field

A minimum of six years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

Experience in reviewing processes to achieve efficiency gains (automating and securing processes)

Knowledge of French is required

Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query and DAX

Proficiency in Excel and VBA

Action oriented, Business insight, Complexity, Customer Focus, Differences, Nimble learning
