As a Supervisor at GreenShield, you will empower a dedicated team focused on delivering seamless patient experiences. Your key responsibilities include managing incoming patient referrals and providing comprehensive support to enhance therapy access. Utilize your expertise and people-management skills to ensure the team operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and healthcare compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage hiring and training for high-performing PSP staff
• Streamline team activities and monitor daily performance
• Implement protocols for service excellence and compliance




• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Resolve client escalations and ensure continuity of care

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare, 2 years in a PSP role
• Understanding of PSP operations and financial support
• Experience with specialty pharmacy systems and processes
• Relationship management skills with stakeholders
• Solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities
