As a Research Assistant/Technician 4 in the Department of Ophthalmology, you will support crucial projects focused on ocular pathology and potential therapies. Your responsibilities will include performing cell cultures, molecular techniques, and experimental planning under the guidance of Dr. Neeru Gupta. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and conduct complex experiments and analyses
• Utilize PCR, western blotting, and ELISA techniques
• Maintain and manage in vivo experimental animal models
• Analyze cells with microscopy and confocal imaging
• Oversee inventory and procurement of lab supplies
Requirements:
• University degree in a relevant field
• Four years of related laboratory experience
