In this role, you will report to the Director of Housing & Conference Services, focusing on system implementation and process improvements. Your expertise will support data-informed decisions and enhance the quality of housing services at York. Collaboration with UIT teams and various partners will be essential in researching, analyzing, and recommending effective IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities for system implementation and upgrades
• Provide second and third-level support for vendor-based applications
• Prepare and maintain system documentation and operating procedures




• Generate reports and manage confidential information
• Participate in analyzing database design and user needs

Requirements:
• University Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Four years of relevant experience in housing systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting web-based applications
• Ability to analyze systems design and user requirements
• Familiarity with data retrieval methodologies
