As part of HDR's Building Engineering Services Group, you will work on complex projects that enhance communities and drive technological advancements. Your expertise in Mechanical systems and BIM workflows will be critical as you develop models and coordinated design packages from initial design through construction. You will collaborate with engineers across disciplines to ensure the clarity and accuracy of all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Mechanical models and coordinated design packages
• Maintain BIM models and produce detailed drawings




• Communicate BIM progress and resolve modeling issues
• Organize drawings in a explicit and logical manner
• Coordinate designs with other disciplines during reviews

Requirements:
• Technical degree or 3+ years industry experience
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software
• Ability to implement automation workflows
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
