Elevate strategic finance at Kids Help Phone as the Senior Manager, FP&A; and Grants in a hybrid role. Drive budgeting and forecasting to impact youth mental health support across Canada.

In this full-time, permanent position, you will report to the Executive Vice President, Finance and Operations. This senior role requires expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis for both Kids Help Phone and the Kids Help Phone Foundation. You will work closely with key stakeholders, ensuring effective allocation of resources and providing critical financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual operating plan preparation and quarterly forecasts
• Analyze financial performance against established plans




• Develop pro forma budgets for proposals
• Provide internal and external financial reports
• Manage grant and project tracking for accurate accounting

Requirements:
• CPA designation is mandatory
• 5-7 years of experience in finance, including not-for-profit
• Robust Excel skills for financial modeling
• Experience with grant management
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
