This role reports directly to the Director of Quality, Patient Safety & Experience and focuses on enhancing healthcare quality and patient experience. You will apply your expertise to improve quality, support patient safety initiatives, and coordinate compliance with accreditation standards. Your insights will challenge existing practices and drive future growth across BCHS.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support development of quality improvement initiatives
• Analyze patient safety data for informed decision-making




• Lead reviews of incidents and quality-of-care cases
• Coordinate compliance with Patient Safety Standards
• Mentor staff on quality improvement strategies

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Health Discipline or Business
• 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare settings
• Robust organizational and interpersonal skills
• Master’s degree preferred
• Criminal Record Check required
