As the VP of Fund Administration, you will be responsible for all aspects of client deliverables for Private Equity fund clients. This includes managing complex accounting transactions and adhering to fund governing documents while ensuring timely resolutions of client issues. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day client deliverables for Private Equity funds
• Liaise with audit, compliance, and risk control teams
• Mentor staff and oversee technical topics on client issues




• Review governing documents for accurate reporting
• Enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks

Requirements:
• CA or CPA with 8+ years in fund administration
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and fund structures
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Hands-on management and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel
