Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement projects following Corporate Policy
• Procure pricing for supplies and materials efficiently
• Assist in estimating and preparing project proposals
• Coordinate permits, schedules,



and subcontractor engagements
• Set up safety controls and conduct onsite safety orientations

Requirements:
• Degree in construction engineering or related field
• 1-2 years experience in operations or facilities management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of the construction industry
• Valid driver's license and requirement for TSC clearance
