RBC in Toronto is seeking a Fraud Officer to support the Account Screening team within Toronto Fraud Operations. You will review new and existing clients for potential fraud and take action to mitigate risk.
You will work with Fraud IQ Manager, TransUnion Direct, CAMPS, EIM and Siebel to screen deposits and accounts, investigate risks, and deliver solid client service. This role involves shifts from 8am to 4:30pm and collaboration with RBC partners across Canada.
