You will manage communications, assist with buyouts, extensions, and statement adjustments, while maintaining a high standard of service.
The role requires 1-3 years in admin/customer service, bilingual English/French proficiency, and experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. Salesforce experience is an asset.
