ROLE PURPOSE: Support commercial planning for respectivechannel, helping translate channel strategy, brand priorities, AOP building blocks, and customer plans into organized tools, trackers, insights, and execution materials.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support channel and customer planning activities for Channel / national commercial planning, including plan development, analysis, calendars, and status tracking.
Maintain AOPbuilding-blocktrackers, risks/opportunities, baseline inputs, and performance updates.
Coordinate with Brand, Sales, RGM, Analytics, Supply, and Finance to gather inputs and follow up on actions.
Prepare selling stories,PiCoStools, customer materials, meeting decks, andexecutionsupport documents.
Analyze sales, distribution,customer,pricing, and activation data toidentifyissues and opportunities.
Support AI/IBP and commercial planning routines withaccurateassumptions and documentation.
Ensure plans, files, and stakeholder communications are organized, current, and actionable.
Key Outputs: Planning trackers, calendars, and status reports for respectivechannel.
AOPbuilding-blockupdates, baseline inputs, and performance summaries.
Customer/channel selling materials andPiCoSsupport tools.
Meeting decks, action logs, and follow-up documentation.




Opportunity/risk analyses and recommended next steps.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3+ years of commercial planning, sales support, category, analytics, customer marketing, brand, or operations experience.
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, data interpretation, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to manage details, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders across functions.
Understanding ofsales channels, customer planning, AOP, or execution processes preferred.
Proactive problem solver who can convert inputs into clear tools and actions.
